FLOWERS, Adolph "Doc," born in Davison, TN, beloved husband of the late Edna Mae Flowers (nee Wilburn), devoted father of Rick (Brenda), Jim (Barb) and Roger (Barb) Flowers, Linda (Don) Volmer, Pam (Terry) Delaney and Debbie Sandlin, devoted grandfather of 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren and the late Stephanie Bowling, dear son of the late James D. and Bonza Flowers (nee Hill), brother of the late Elsie (Eli) Crase, brothter-in-law of Scat, Jack and Ben Wilburn, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Doc was a good friend to many and retired from Ford Motor Company in 1985 after 32 years of service. He was a member of U.A.W. Local #863 and Syrian Temple Shrine. Saturday, December 17, 2005. Age 82 years. Funeral service Thursday, 10 AM, at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM with Calvary Lodge #700 F. & A.M. and Scottish Rite Services at 7:30 PM.
