Asa C., beloved husband of the late Marie Holtz Allen, father of Larry, Steve and Joe Allen, Sharon Race Day, stepfather of Donna Reid, Arlene Falck and the late Michael Bales and Earl Merriman, also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, brother of Mildred and Dorothy. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Age 85 years. Visitation Sunday from 6 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Funeral service Monday, 11 AM, at the funeral home. If desired, memorials may be made to American Cancer Assc.
