Bill, devoted husband and best friend of 50 years to Sandy Winkler, loving father of Scott (Theresa) Winkler and Wendy (Thom) Williams and cherished Papaw of Betsy and Robbie Winkler and Ethan and Sami Williams, dear twin brother of Jack (Joellyn) Winkler and Fred (Marianne) Winkler, also survived by loving nieces, nephews and many friends. Friday, June 15, 2012. Age 71 years. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation at 5 PM Wednesday, June 20th, Followed by a 7 PM Memorial Service at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., 45238.
