Bill, E., beloved husband of Betty J. Smith (nee Keeney).  Dear father of Daniel (Tammy) and Roger (Frost) Smith, also survived by 5 grandchildren.  Dear brother of Jim & Robert Smith and Bobbie Jackson.  Tuesday, September 16, 2014 age 78 years.  Visitation Thursday 5PM until time of service at  7PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenue.  If desired, memorials may be given to The Bible Chapel of Delhi Hills.
