Brian Patrick DeFazio

Brian Patrick DeFazio was loving son of Larry and Cathie DeFazio, cherished brother of Becky (Matt) Fair and Michael DeFazio, devoted uncle of Jefferson Paul Fair, beloved grandson of Sarah Flint and Lawrence J. DeFazio, also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. He died suddenly June 1, 2004, at age 25. Memorial service Saturday (June 5, 2004) at 1 PM at Westwood First Presbyterian Church, 3011 Harrison Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45211.
