Carl E. Dickhaus

Carl E. Dickhaus, 84, of Delhi Township, OH passed away peacefully among family on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital.  Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Carl J. and Alma E. (Nierman) Dickhaus.  He was a devoted husband to Judith (Bellis) Dickhaus for 62 years, loving brother of Lawrence H. Dickhaus, Walter F. (Sharon) Dickhaus, Dorothy A. (Robert) Lierman, Lorain M. (David) Buchman, brother in law of Elaine Dickhaus, and exceptional uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Carl graduated from the University of Cincinnati and was a veteran of the United States Air Force, receiving an Honorable Discharge after four years of service in 1960.  Then working diligently as a Lead Analyst and Programmer at the John Shillito Company for 20 years before becoming a self-employed Data Processing Consultant.  He was also a devoted member of St. Dominic Parish.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Dominic Parish, 4551 Delhi Avenue.  Visitation Tuesday morning, 9:00-10:00am at the church before Mass, followed by burial at St. Joseph New Cemetery.  If desired, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
