Carl Edward, loving son of the late Robert W. Leicht Sr. & Opal Dorothy Leicht (nee Wesson). Father of Rebecca S. Wheelen (Spriggs), Douglas Spriggs, Carl Edward Spriggs and the late Teresa Mae Spriggs and Timothy Allen Spriggs. Brother of Dorothy Cladette Murphy (Spriggs), Martina Almy (Lockhart), Patty Ann Vechery (Lockhart), Noisha Carlene Plasek (Spriggs),Robert Leicht Jr., Joseph Adolph Leicht, Sandra Kay Leicht, Brenda Lou Vanderpool (Leicht) & the late Ray Spriggs. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Died May 24, 2012 at the age of 74. He was loved by all who knew him and will be remembered for the concern and kindness he showed to everyone. Friends are invited to a visitation Wednesday from 5 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Ave
