Ratcliffe, Carol S. (nee Irvine), a resident of Western Hills, devoted wife of Billy Ray Ratcliffe, loving mother of Timothy Ray (Tori) Ratcliffe, cherished grandmother of William Ray and Nicholas Alexander Ratcliffe and dear sister of Bernice Nolan, Mary Jane Britt, Marilyn Miley, Chester Irvine, Terry Purnell and the late Johnny Ruffus. Carol was a homemaker. Friday January 13, 2006, at Ft. Hamilton Hospital Hospice. Age 57 years. Funeral service Tuesday 1 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff and Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot Ave. with a visitation Tuesday from 10 AM until the time of service. Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery.
