Charles E. Devoted husband of 65 years to Elizabeth Ann Sawyer.  Adoring father of Beverly (James) Valentine.  Cherished grandfather of Alexandra Valentine.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth and his father, Charles D., his stepfather, Venice Perdiew and his brother, David.  He is the dear cousin of Joyce Bahlke and Carol Lucas and many loving nephews.  Special companion to his dog, Tara.  He passed on October 3, 2014 at the age of 85 in Florida.  Family and friends are invited to a visitation Monday October 13, 2014 from 11 AM until the time of F&AM lodge #193 service at 12:30, followed by a 1 PM funeral service at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenues.  If desired, memorials may be made to: The Independence Fund 6538 Collins Avenue #187 Miami Beach, Florida 33141.
