Christian Patrick James

Christian Patrick James, passed in the loving care of his family at his home on November 28, 2022 at the age of 52. He is the devoted husband of Kimberly James nee’ Hilsinger for 29 years. Loving father of his 3 children Lindsay (Craig) Sullivan, Craig James and Elizabeth James. Adored Poppy of Bella, Sophie, Patrick and Molly Sullivan. He was born in 1970, to his parents Joseph and Patricia James. Dear brother of Mike (Julie) James, Anna (late Mark) Corulli, Joe (Larry) James, Frank James, Ruthie (Stephen) Kelke, Patty (Ben) Crawford. He is the son in law to Craig and Gayle Hilsinger, brother-in-law of Alex (Janice) Hilsinger, and Kathy (John) Penote. He is also survived by many special nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Christian was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he became a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation, he served as a property management executive with Hilsinger Management. He was a coach, sport commissioner, sat on many boards, including 17 years on the Hamilton County Rural Zoning Committee. Christian fought a brave battle with ALS, but never let it overcome his love for his family, friends or his faith in the Lord.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation Friday December 2nd, from 4-7 pm at the Dalbert Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45238 and Mass of Christian Burial Saturday December 3rd 10:30 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church 3450 Lumardo Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45238 followed by a Sigma Chi White Rose Ceremony and burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.
