Donald R., beloved husband of Donna J. Withers, loving father of Gary (Elaine) Withers and the late Terry, Randy & Donna Withers, dear step-father of Teresa (Greg Bumpus, Jimmy Wayne Morgan, Lisa (Tracy) Hoinke and Donna (Bob) Super, cherished grandfather of 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, loving brother of Carroll Frank, Vicky Kindle, Peggy (Ray) Singler and the late Joyce Hecker, Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Donald was a proud member of the Cincinnati Fire Department Ladder 2, for 29 years. Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Age 80 Years. Visitation 12 Noon Friday, followed by a 1:30 PM Funeral Service at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave. at Queen City Ave. If desired memorials may be made to the Salvation Army. www.dwifuneralhome.com
