Doris Macke

Macke, Doris (nee Furthmiller) beloved wife of the late Len Macke. Dear sister of the late Virginia (Art) Hauger and the late Ross Furthmiller. Sister in law of Ruth Furthmiller. Dear aunt of Cheryl Brinkman, Gary (Marissa) Hauger, Barb (Joe) Witman, Stephen (Ann) Furthmiller, Nancy (Tim) Reed, and Carolyn (Tom) Frank. Doris is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and friends. She was an avid golfer, a member of many clubs and a member of St. John's Westminster Union Church for many years. Doris passed away in her 86th year at West Park Nursing Home. Visitation Tuesday Sept. 12, 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM at St. Peter and St Paul United Church of Christ 3001 Queen City at Ferguson Rd. Interment will follow at St Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to St. John's Westminster Union Church 1085 Neeb Rd.
