Dorothy W. Lowe (nee Wright) was beloved wife of the late Russell W. Low, dear sister of Alice O'Banion, loving aunt of Judy (Carl) Rauschenberger and many other loving nieces and nephews. Monday, November 24, 2003. Age 90 years. Funeral service Saturday, 10 AM, at the Bridgetown Church of Christ, 3854 Race Rd. Visitation Friday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City.
