Thursday, January 13, 2005. Age 57 years. Funeral service Monday, 11 AM, at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation Sunday from 2 to 5 PM.
