Balsly, loving mother of June Taylor and Patricia Morgan, grandmother of seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and 6 ½ great-great-grandchildren. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Age 95 years. Visitation Thursday from 4 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John's Westminster Union Church, 1085 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45233.
