Edward E. Donta, Jr

Edward E. Donta, Jr., was born on February 2, 1919, in Washington, D.C. and died on Monday, May 31, 2004, in Cincinnati, OH, after a brief illness. Mr. Donta was raised in Ashland, KY, and moved to Cincinnati in 1949. He was retired from the Cincinnati Enquirer. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Gladys Donta, his daughter, Valorie Donta Young and son-in-law Mark J. Young of San Antonio, TX; niece Teresa Dempsey of Ashland, KY, nehews Jack Dempsey of Johnson City, TN, and Mark Dempsey of Charleston, WV, and Rick Hughes of Ashland, KY. Memorial service Wednesday, June 2, 2004, 11 AM, at Lakewood Baptist Church, 4008 Westwood Northern Blvd.
