Edward J. Papin beloved husband of Lila (Lolly) J. Papin for 59 years. Born in Hermann, Missouri on April 10th, 1928 and passed on Friday, September 17th at the age of 82. Loving father of David (Sue), Steven (Dena), Terry (Jean) Papin and Jill (Doug) Meyer, loving grandfather of Heather (Jeff) Myers, Josh (Katie), Ken, Jon (Beth), Kristilyn, Loren, Teddy (Niki), Andy Papin, Lee Meyer and loving great grandfather of Kirsten and Shelby Matala, Max and Jack Papin. Survived by his sister Verna Mae Moll and preceded in death by his sister Betty Becker and by his brothers Bob Papin and Bud Papin. Ed worked at Western Hills Auto Body, Queen City Chevrolet, Barlett Auto Body, Campbell County Body Shop. After retiring he worked part-time at Thriftway and received an award for his work in the community, he worked at the food pantry and was a van driver for the church. He played Santa at Thriftway and at Delshire School and really enjoyed seeing the smiles on children's faces. Memorial Service on Thursday, September 23 at St. Peter & St. Paul UCC. Visitation 6:00 PM following by Service 7:00 PM. Memorials made to the Church at 3001 Queen City Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45238.
