Elizabeth M. McKnight

McKnight, Elizabeth M., 89, died February 2, 2012. Born July 30, 1922, she leaves behind her brother, Leonard Newkirk; children Renee Kreisa (Earl), Richard McKnight (Bill Schuyler), and Michael McKnight; grandchildren, Karin Wilson, Jim Kreisa (Allison), Elizabeth Riley, Megan Schmit, and Kathren Murphy; great-grandchildren, Linden Kreisa, Thomas Kreisa, Max Riley, Reece Riley, Summer Wilson, Dash Wilson, and Alyssa Schmit. Elizabeth lived the first 83 years of her life in the Chicago area. Her parents were Frederick and Elizabeth (Sinkular) Kratzke and step-father Leonard Newkirk. She was married for 30 years to Richard McKnight, Sr. She was an avid knitter, and loved Jeopardy and Trivia. She was an enthusiastic resident her final six years at Western Hills Retirement Village. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John's Westminster Union Church, 1085 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, OH 45233.
