"Rocky" Feeback. Russ was the Chief of Police for the City of Cleves. Monday, October 27, 2008. Age 59 years. Visitation Thursday from 5 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Funeral Service Friday 11 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment at Maple Grove Cemetery.
