Elmer "Rags," survived by his loving wife Mary Jane Kresser (nee Hawkins). Father to Greg (Martha) Kroger, Kevin (Pamela) Kresser and the late David Kresser. Grandfather to Jennifer Kroger, Gregory Kroger, Tyler Kresser, Jacob Kresser and Joi Gill. Great grandfather to Riley Teeters. Brother to Robert, Virginia, Helen and Frank. Rags passed away on May 1, 2010 at the age of 76. Friends are invited to a visitation Wednesday from 5-8 PM with F&AM E.T. Carson Lodge with E.T. Carson Lodge #598 F&AM, FOE Cheviot Lodge #2170 and Syrian Services at 7:45 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff and Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot Ave at Queen City Ave with Funeral service Thursday 11 AM at the Funeral Home.
