Eloise M. Winters (nee Lichty) was beloved wife of the late Philip E. Winters, loving mother of Ann (Jack) Hicks and Barbara Klein, loving grandmother of Jeff and Gretchen Klein. Sunday, July 6, 2003. Age 84 years. Memorial service Saturday, July 19, 2003, at 11 AM at St. James Episcopal Church, 3207 Montana Avenue, 45211. No Visitation.
