Frank S. Welker was loving husband of the late Ethel Welker (nee Smith), dear father of Richard (Angela) Welker and Paul Welker, beloved brother of Herta Welker, cousin of Emma Boboff. Mr. Welker was a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Friday, February 27, 2004. Age 82 years.
