George F. "Bunny" Bender

BENDER, George F. "Bunny," special loving husband of 36 years to Christina Bender (nee Economopulos), devoted father of Julie (Gary) Kallmeyer, Jodie Bender and Jeanie (Andrew) Edrich, cherished grandpa of Christina and Jillian Kallmeyer, Megan and Baby Edrich, dear brother of Jack (Betty) Bender, Florence "Sis" (Ed) Flanagan, Steve (Joyce) Bender and the late Richard (Betty) and Walter Bender, brother-in-law of Sophia Guethlein and Rita Bender, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bunny was a retired 45 year member of the Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Local Union #392, a member of Knights of Columbus #3376 and a 1954 Elder Graduate. Passed away Saturday, September 18, 2004. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday,10:30 AM, at Our Lady of Victory Church, 810 Neeb Road. Visitation Wednesday evening from 4 to 9 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Knights of Columbus Council #3376 Service Wednesday evening at 7PM at the funeral home.
