Gertrude "Trudy" Bernet

Gertrude J. “Trudy” (nee Johnson), beloved wife of 61 years to the late Robert Bernet. Loving mother of Nancy (Fred) Haase, Robert (Pasna) Jr. and Tom (Joni) Bernet. Devoted grandmother of Jacob (Lisa), David (Samantha) Haase, Tyler, Caroline (Stefan) Hegg, Steven (Ashley), Ryan Haase, Brian and great grandmother of Regan Haase. Trudy was a member of the Westwood Women’s Club, The Girl Scouts, and a founder of Oak Crest Girl’s and Boy’s Club at South Fairmont Community Center as well as being involved in numerous activities at Twin Towers. She passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015. Age 89 years. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation Saturday, October 3, 2015 beginning at 10 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 AM at Twin Towers Senior Living, 5343 Hamilton Ave, 45224. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials should be made to Twin Tower Pastoral Care Fund, Twin Tower Benevolent Fund or Twin Tower Chapel Fund.
