Gordon W. "Sonny" Borchers was loving husband of Shirley Borchers (nee Wilson), beloved son of the late Mary and Clinton Borchers, cherished father of Greg, Danny and David Borchers and Kristen Ayler, dear grandfather of six grandchildren, loving brother of Shirley McLane, Romaine (Dick) Carr and the late Barbara Lindsey, also survived by many special nieces and nephews. Sunday, June 6, 2004. Age 62 years. Funeral service Thursday, 10:30 AM, at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation Wednesday evening from 5 to 8 PM with Kilwinning Lodge #356 F & A.M. and Scottish Rite Services at 7:30 PM.
