Howard C. "Wink," beloved husband of 35 years to Juanita Winkelmann (nee Wantland), loving father of Charlene Beaudra, Linda (Elwood) Arnett, of Cincinnati, OH, Joyce Hobt of Dayton, KY, and Connie (Robert) Mueller of Seattle,WA, devoted step-father of Janet Brock and James Robert Nickoson, very loving granddaddy of Robin Edwards, Angela McGuffey, James Mikel Nickoson and Allen Leming (whom he helped raise), loving grandfather of Beth Ann Mills and Mathew Olding of Cincinnati, Jeffrey and Andrew Jorden of Denver, CO, dear brother-in-law of Edith Steinmetz, loving uncle of Lenny (Kathy) Phillips, Kenny (Linda) Phillips and Arlene (Jim) Robertson and many other nieces and nephews, preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers and two wives. Wink was a roofer for 32 years with Walter St Clair in St Bernard, OH. He was a WW II Veteran who proudly served in the South Pacific. Called to his eternal home on Friday, June 19, 2009. Age 85 years. Visitation Monday from 5 - 8 PM and funeral service on Tuesday at 10 AM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue, 45238. Interment at Greendale Cemetery.
