Jacob William Reinhart was beloved husband of Billie Adell Reinhart (nee Hopper), dear father of William D. Kennedy, also survived by four nieces, several great-nieces and one great-nephew. Tuesday, April 13, 2004. Age 83 years. Funeral service Friday, 11 AM, at Bridgetown Church of Christ, 3854 Race Rd. Visitation Thursday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Cheviot-Western Hills Lodge #140 F & A.M. and Scottish Rite Ring Service Thursday at 7:15 PM followed by Mt. Healthy Chapter #365 O.E.S. Service.
