Jacob Riley Pabloe Sebastian

Cherished son of JoAnna Tracey and Todd Sebastian. Beloved grandson of Jim and Janet Tracey and his angel, Paula Sebastian. Adored nephew of Jeremiah Tracey, Eddie Sebastian, Billy Sebastian and Rachel Hicks. Dear cousin and devoted friend to many. Lifted to the heavens in the arms of loved ones who preceded him and greeted with a wagging tail from his sweet Annie dog.

During his precious time on earth, Jacob proved he was a warrior, a giver, and an ambitious young man. He was gifted in music and held great talent in his hands. Jacob was an avid vehicle enthusiast and Hot Wheel collector, his first word was “Vroom!” We ask that you remember Jacob’s infectious grin when your spirits are low and that you carry on his devotion to equality and compassion towards others.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home from 10:30am until 1:00pm. Funeral Service will start at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
