James L., beloved husband of Deanna Wagner (nee Watkins), loving father of Gary (Sandy) Wagner, Larry Wagner, Connie (Rock) Cropenbaker and Brian Wagner, cherished grandfather of eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, dear brother of Ronald, Roy and Jerry Wagner, Mary Rogers, Dolores Gauger, Ruth Coppedge, Carol Wong and Janet Mitchell and the late Harold, Norbert, Ralph and Paul Wagner. Sunday, July 27, 2008. Age 71 years. Friends are invited to attend a Visitation Wednesday evening from 5 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave at Queen City Ave. Blessing Service Thursday at 10 AM at the Funeral Home.
