Jill H. Bulach (nee Harper)
Passed away peacefully in Toledo, Ohio on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at the age of 78. Jill was born in Boston, Massachusetts on September 7, 1942 to James A. Harper Sr. and Lillian F. Harper (Plouffe). Loving mother of Christine (Steven) Fleischman, Katherine “Katie” Prater, Lisa (Bill) Stowe, and Gregory “Greg” Bulach. Cherished grandmother of Evan (Angela) Hale, Ashley Roberts, Bianca Piloseno, Lexie (Kyle) Hlavinka, Caitlyn Stowe, Jonathan Stowe, and Dakota Prater. Adored great grandmother of Elliot and Austin Hale. Dear sister of James A. (Diane) Harper Jr., Gerald A. Harper, and Peter W. Harper. Also survived by many loving extended family and friends.
Jill was the big sister to her three brothers who had many fond memories of growing up on Cape Cod. After graduation from Nauset Regional High School in 1960, in Eastham, Massachusetts, Jill attended the prestigious Wheelock College in Boston on full scholarship, and studied Early Childhood Education. She continued her studies the following year at the University of Cincinnati. She married in 1962, and then started her family in 1963 that she treasured dearly. Jill was always gracious and warm hearted to anyone she would meet. She had an amazing spirit that was sweet, pure and kind. She was known for her sense of humor and loved to tell jokes. Her infectious personality captivated all who met her. She enjoyed volunteering and spent many years at Bethesda Hospital in Cincinnati to help others. She was always so very proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. They filled her days with laughter and joy.
Visitation 9 AM to 10 AM Friday June 11th at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.
Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1175 Overlook Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.
Jill will be laid to rest at St. Joseph New Cemetery.
