JoAnn J. (nee Seeger), devoted mother of E. Bryan Harmon and Jeffery K. Harmon, cherished grandmother of Daria Kate Harmon, dear sister of John Seeger, Robert Seeger and Carolyn Kollmann. She is also survived by several beloved nieces and nephews. JoAnn graduated from Western Hills High School in 1955. She moved to Price Hill in 1970 where she owned and operated JoAnn's Beauty Salon for thirty years. She died Monday, March 10, 2008 at the age of 71 years. Friends are invited to a visitation Thursday March 13, from 6 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. A Funeral service will be held Friday March 14 at 10:30 AM at the Westwood United Methodist Church, 3460 Epworth Avenue.
