Friends are invited to a visitation Monday from 12 Noon until time of Blessing Service at 1 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue, 45238. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made in Joanne's name to a charity of choice.
