John Raymond Howe

John R. Howe died peacefully in his sleep on November 4, 2018 at the age of 92. He was a loving father to Peggy and Mark Stedtefeld, David and Peggy Howe, Nancy and Marc Phillips, proud grandfather of Rebecca and Sam Lieberman, Ellen Stedtefeld and Dan Brunner, Emily Phillips and Brandon Phillips, and an enthusiastic great-grandfather to Gus Lieberman. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife of 65 years, Edna Howe.

John served his country in the Navy during WWII. He was also a passionate volunteer and active member of his church community, where he and his wife were second parents and grandparents to many.

Visitation is Thursday at 9 AM at St. Peter and St. Paul UCC, 3001 Queen City Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45238 with a Funeral Service following at 11 AM.
