John Francis "Jack" Ortman

Ortman, John Francis "Jack," loving brother of Thomas (Rosemarie), Mary Jo and the late Richard (Gerri), dear uncle of Andrea, Jennifer, Amy, Sandra, Denise, Eric, T.J. and Christopher, special uncle to many great-nieces and great-nephews.
