Born Monday December 5, 2005. Passed Thursday December 8, 2005. Funeral service Monday evening 7:30 PM at the St. John's Westminster Union Church, 1085 Neeb Rd., Cincinnati OH, 45233. Visitation at the church Monday evening 5 PM until time of service.
