John H. Schwartz

SCHWARTZ, John H., beloved husband of 55 years to Virginia Schwartz (nee Shappell), devoted father of Vicki O. (Ted) Peters and John H. Schwartz,III, loving grandfather of Marin S., Rachel M., Brynne E. and Claire C. Odioso, dear brother of George F. Schwartz, Jr., Mary June Pack and the late Frances Clup and Martha Schwartz. John retired after 32 years as purchasing agent for Kruse Hardware. He was a member of Green Twp. V.F.W. Post #10380, Elks Lodge #5, a member of Westwood First Presbyterian Church for 66 years and also a member of the Syrian Shrine. John went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 4, 2005. Age 88 years. Funeral service Wednesday, 10:30 AM, at Westwood First Presbyterian Church. Visitation at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service. McMillian Lodge #141, F & A.M. and Scottish Rite Services at church at 9:20 AM.
