Williams and Phyllis (Henry) Seger, also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends. Sunday, May 17, 2009. Age 76 years. Visitation Wednesday 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave. at Queen City Ave. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon, at the San Antonio Chapel, Queen City Ave & White St.
