Phipps, loving mother of Hugh Phipps, Lena (Tim) Hardwick and Lavenda (Mark) Sellers, cherished grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, dear sister of Ruth Barker, also survived by many nieces & nephews. Lois retired from Finneytown School District. Thursday, May 17, 2012. Age 74 years. Visitation Tuesday Evening from 6 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Ave., 45238. Funeral Service 10 AM Wednesday at the State Ave. Church of God, 1692 State Ave. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations in the memory of Lois E.
