Lucille (nee Carpenter), beloved wife of the late Hal Withers Sr., proud mother of Zondra Hall, Hal (Peggy) Withers Jr., Danny (Kay) Withers and Gary (Joan) Withers, grandmother of Tammi, Scott, Jennifer, Steven, Amanda, Wray, Laura, Robyn and great grandmother of thirteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandson, dear sister of Robert (Libby) Carpenter of Ocean Springs MS, Carl (Sandy) Carpenter of Land of Lake Fl. and the late Elza and Paul Carpenter, loving daughter of the late Elzy Carpenter and Virginia McMillan, also survived by many wonderful friends. She worked at Kenner Products over 25 years and 19 years at Macy's / Lazarus. Private Services are to be held by the Family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
