Mabel E, (nee Tolbert), wife of the late Opal Hill, devoted mother of Joan (Robert) Roby of Woodbridge, VA, James T. (Phyllis) Hill of Ellenwood, GA, Nancy C. Porter of Louisville, KY, and Robert E. (Janet) Hill of Cincinnati, dear sister of J. D. Tolbert of Richmond, VA, also survived by 12 grandchildren and one deceased, 22 great-grandchildren and one deceased and one great-great-grandchild. Monday, March 3, 2008, at the age of 100 years. Visitation Saturday from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 12 Noon at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Interment at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Owenton, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spina Bifida Assn.
