PHILLIPS, Margaret L. (nee Rizer), devoted wife of the late Robert Phillips, loving mother of Robert (Patricia), Craig (Leslie) and Marc (Nancy) Phillips, cherished grandmother of Jeffrey, Douglas, Brian, Lindsey, Courtney, Matthew, Kyle, Emily and Brandon, great-grandmother of Ashley, Zachary and Megan , dear sister of Jane, Elizabeth, Barbara, Johanna and the late Shirley, sister-in-law of Judith, also survived by many special nieces and nephews.
