Marie J. Chain (nee Sozio) was beloved wife of the late Leslie Chain, beloved sister of Ann L. (the late Ted) Sanzere and the late Edith (Jime) Disken and Helen (Frank) Riesenbeck, loving aunt of Ted (Phyliss), Mike (Joanne) and Tony (Mickie) Sanzere, Carol Karow, Debbie and Jim (Kim) Riesenbeck, dear great-aunt of nine and great-great-aunt of four. Mrs. Chain was the former owner of her own dress shop and former seamstress for Gidding Jennings and Pogue's. Wednesday, December 17, 2003. Age 88 years. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, 10:30 AM, at St. Antoninus Church, 1500 Linneman Rd. Visitation at the church from 9 AM until the time of Mass.
