Melvyn E., beloved husband of Mona Moore (nee Stine), loving father of Cynthia (David) Hyde, cherished grandfather of Joshua, Jonathan, Lindsey and Courtney Hyde, loving son of Everett Johnson and the late Lavinia Johnson, dear brother of Vivian (Ben) Perkins, Carol (Dennis) Blazewicz and Bonnie Magar, also survived by brother-in-law Robert Stine and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Thursday, November 10, 2005. Age 68 years. Funeral service Tuesday, 10 A.M., at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation Monday from 5 to 8 PM.
