Norma J. Liebing (nee Seiter)

Beloved wife of the late Russell A. Liebing. Loving mother of Cheryl (the late Jay) Haney, David (Ellen) Liebing and Penny (Jack) Gorman. Cherished grandmother of Shannon (John Yocis) Haney, Rachel Haney, Benjamin (Katie) Liebing, Anna Liebing, Caleb (Christina) Liebing, Faith (Jacob) Pugh, Abigail Liebing, Kyle Gorman and Jacob Gorman; great grandmother of Samuel Pugh, Geneva Liebing, and Theodore Liebing.

Passed away December 23, 2023. Age 96 years.

Family and friends are invited to a Visitation on January 6^th, 11:00 am until time of the Memorial Service at 12:00 pm. All services will be held at Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home (2880 Boudinot Ave.)
