Rutherford, Jd., was devoted husband of Betty Rutherford (nee Mize), loving father of Bonnie (Philip) Sicking, Ronald (Liz) Rutherford, Connie Hinsley, Josephine (Ronald) Lindner, Norlean (Edward) Frank and thelate Daniel Ancona, cherished grandfather of thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Thursday, December 2, 2004. Age 75 years. Funeral Service Saturday, 1 PM, at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Visitation Saturday from 10:30 AM until time of Evanston-Eversull Lodge #695 F & AM service at 12:30 PM followed by Cleves Chapter #295 O.E.S. service.
