Pat Teeple Samad

Pat Teeple Samad RN, was the beloved daughter of the late Leo and Frances Samad. Very special mother of Rick (Kim) Teeple. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Scott, Brandon and Christopher. Dear sister of Gary (Harriet), Leo Jr. (Dee), Ron (the late Parma) and Roger (Mitschi) and the late Jack (JoAnne) Samad. She was a pround Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Pat was blessed to have Kathy & Richard Grimm to love and care for, as they cared so much for her in return. Also preceded in death by her best friend Jan. Pat passed peacefully on Thursday May 10, 2012 at the age of 70. Friends are invited to a visitation Tuesday May 15, from 11AM until time of funeral service at 1 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenue.
