Patricia, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday February 27th, 2015.  She was 60.  She is the fun loving wife of Mel Karnes.  Gentle and kind mother of Paul Karnes, Tracy Henderson and Matthew Karnes.  Cherished Mamaw of Spencer, Rickey, Nina, Saige, Brody and P.J. Dear sister of Olas & Ronald Miller, Opal Bolton and Carol Waddle.  Family and friends are invited to a memorial visitation Friday March 6th from 5 PM until time of celebration of life ceremony at 7 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home 2880 Boudinot at Queen City Avenue.
