Webber, beloved mother of Donna (Joe) Breadon and Carla (Mike) Noe, devoted grandmother of B.J., Michelle, Mandy, Bobby, Jessica, Patty, Zack, Johnny and Cindy, dear sister of Theresa (Donnie) Engle, Pam Chomyzak, Kenneth (Dale) and Gerald (Thelma) Long.
