Robert 'Smiley', a resident of West Chester, beloved husband of Lois Cooley Wainscott, loving father of Jody Wainscott, cherished grandfather of Jason Wainscott (Christina), Preceded in death by his beloved sister, Francis Samad, and brother-in-law Leo Samad, survived by his loving brother Billy Wainscott (Rita) and numerous sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Smiley retired seven months ago following the sale of his food and beverage business located in Florida. Monday, March 3, 2008, age 78 years. Friends may gather Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. He will be laid to rest in Arlington Cemetery, Mt. Healthy, OH.
