Thursday, July 9, 2009. Age 32 years. Visitation Sunday from 4 to 9 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, 2880 Boudinot Avenue at Queen City. Funeral Service Monday at 10 AM at Crossroads Community Church, 3500 Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45209.
